This privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”) constitutes an agreement between you and Madeium, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "Madeium", “we” or “us”) while accessing and using https://www.madeium.com/ or other websites that we own or operate (collectively, the “Site”), or while using our platform, directory, forum, and other resources and services (collectively, the “Membership Services”), and is governed by and a part of our Terms of Use. Any terms defined in the Terms of Use have the same meaning when used in this Privacy Notice. Your privacy is important, and we encourage you to read this Privacy Notice carefully to understand the information we collect and what we do with it.
Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to information that we collect when you visit the Site, use our Membership Services, or submit information or communicate with us via the Site, the Madeium platform (“Platform”), email, telephone or any other means. You might interact with us as a Site visitor, a creative within the Madeium network (“Creative”), a client within the Madeium network (“Client”), or a user with a free limited account to access certain information on the Site or Platform (“Free User”). Please note, this Privacy Notice DOES NOT apply to any information collected on or through websites, apps or other platforms not owned or operated by Madeium, or information collected and posted to the Site or the Platform by any party other than Madeium.
This Privacy Notice also contains information about privacy rights specific to California residents, residents of the European Union and Canadian citizens.
Consent
By accessing the Site, using our Membership Services, or submitting information to Madeium in any way, you consent to this Privacy Notice and the collection and use of information as described below. At different stages of collecting information, we will take steps to notify you and to confirm that you agree. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you may not be able to access or benefit from certain Madeium Services.
Personal Information
As used in this Privacy Notice, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual consumer or device, such as:

Sources. We collect Personal Information from these sources:

Directly from you when you register with us as a Creative, Client or Free User or when you communicate with Madeium through any means. When you register with us, we will collect identifiers like your name, email, address, phone number, employment and education information, your company and website information, a photo of you that you provide to us, as well as any other Personal Information you choose to submit to us as part of your profile on the Platform. We collect and process your payment information via a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor for all membership fees and purchases. When you communicate with Madeium, we will collect the identifiers and other Personal Information you choose to submit to us, along with your comments and responses you provide to any questions we may ask. We collect this information with your consent. We use this information for the purposes stated at the time of collection, to communicate with you about Madeium, and to support our direct marketing efforts.

Indirectly from you, when you visit our Site or use the Platform or other features provided as part of the Membership Services. We collect this information to achieve our legitimate interest of providing and improving the Site and our Membership Services. We automatically collect details like your search queries, device information (e.g., IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information and the device's telephone number), the pages and features you access and use, metadata, and geolocation information.
